Jay Puckett

Born in Charlotte, NC and raised in Stanley, NC, Jay Puckett is a graduate from UNC Charlotte. He started out in construction as a field laborer in high school, but after realizing how much he enjoyed seeing a project go from start to finish, he shifted to project management. Often the youngest member of the Project Management team, Jay brings his enthusiasm for working with people and learning to every job site. In the past, he has enjoyed the challenge of high-end Upfits like the 131 Main Project at Southpark’s Piedmont Row. Here at InterCon, watching a 500,000+ SF project come together, Jay takes pride in the scale of InterCon’s tilt-wall buildings, particularly on the day when the crane erects the panels.

Jay and his fiancé are passionate about their family, their church community, and giving to Metro World Child, a Christian ministry for children.
