Jay Hendrix

Jay has more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry and has managed a broad range of project types, (i.e. office, retail, industrial and warehouse/distribution facilities). Jay has extensive experience in pre-construction as well as operations. This experience helps to ensure a smooth transition from estimating through construction. The vast majority of Jay’s experience and focus has been centered upon the Design Build Project Delivery model, both as a general contractor and CM Agent. During this period his responsibilities have included supervising design staff, coordinating all disciplines from Architectural/Engineering to pre-construction to project management.

Jay received his Bachelor of Science Construction from Auburn University.

Some of the many developers and clients Jay has worked with include: The Keith Corp., Crescent Resources, Childress Klein Properties, IKEA, Kohl’s, Freightliner, Sonic Automotive, SGL Carbon, BMW, Bosch and General Electric.
