Trinity Capital Advisors is spearheading the development of five industrial buildings at Shopton Ridge Business Park, at the corner of Sandy Porter and Shopton roads in southwest Charlotte. The project is a joint venture between Trinity Capital and real estate investment management firm PCCP.
